1. How to get the prices?

If you like to know our price, please contact with us and tell us the item number, the specifications, application and quantity. we will offer you the best price according to your inquiry within 2 days.

2. How about the transportation?

For diamond tools, because it has a small size, but have a high value and very high weight. Usually we send it by air, by sea is also ok, we choose the shipment as per the customer’s opinion. Besidesby sea, it takes one month, more or less. But for other ways, like air, express, it only needs 5 to 10 days for you to receive it.

3. How about the payment terms?

Regarding airfreight, according to our financial rules, we only accept T/T before delivery. But if it is by sea, we can discuss about it according to the real situation.

4. How about the delivery time?

It's up to the your required quantity, specifications and the production condition, generally we would ship your goods within 30 days.

5. How about the minimum order?

For testing and sample orders, we don’t have a minimum order, usually after fixing the order, we will send the sample to you by express, like DHL, TNT, UPS, FREDEX, etc. For regular orders, we ask for the total amount of the order is over $1000, or the total weight is over 45kgs, which is the minimal weight for air, or the freight and fare will be too high.

6. How to get to know whether your products are suitable for our working or have a good market?

We don’t offer a free sample. According to our many experiences, it is very easy for the clients to not value and to show their attention to the sample. If they pay for it, the results is the other side. Another reason for not offering sample is for the little sample, it is not convenient to put into production, also the cost is quite high.

8. What is the qualification to be your agency?

9. If the products can not install or work well, how should we do?

     4.Choose the blade with protection teeth.
     5.Blade fixed wrongly, or damaged machine condition, worn bearing.

Q: Blade tremble
A: 1.Damaged machine condition, shaft is bent or grooved.
     2.Blade out of tension.
     3.incorrect blade speed.

Q: Blade dosen't work
A: 1.New blade is not exposed well or bond of segments is too hard and diamond is easy off
     2.Check the blade is for the right application, check the direction of rotation.
     3.The machine is not powerful enough.
